Browsing FuelVerdict does not collect a name, an email address, a phone number, an account, or a payment. There is no sign-up and no mailing list. The site does not read your location. The suburb comes from the address you open. The pages do not ask you for personal information.

There is no form. There is no analytics product: no Plausible, no Google Analytics, no Vercel Analytics, and no Vercel Speed Insights. The application does not set a cookie. The database client runs on the server and does not persist a session in your browser. The application does not write its own visitor log, and it does not store your IP address in the fuel-price database. Typefaces are files on this website. Your browser does not request them from Google.

The personal information involved in a visit is the connection data the host processes in order to deliver the page. That is described under processors below. If you email us, we then hold your email address and whatever you wrote.

The site does not use cookies for tracking, preferences, or sign-in. There is no cookie banner because the application does not set one.

On the production site, a service worker runs in your browser. When it is installed it stores a copy of the home page, About, How it works, and the site manifest. If you later open another page that is not a fuel-price page, it stores a copy of that page too. It does not store fuel-price pages. It also stores static files from this host, including scripts, styles, images, and fonts. Those copies stay on your device. They are not sent to us and they are not sent to the database. You can remove them by clearing the site data for this website in your browser.

Connection data is processed to deliver the page you asked for, to keep the host secure, and to operate the service. Without that connection data, the host cannot deliver the page. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. The site has no advertising. Fuel prices are read so the page can show historical records. That read is not attached to your name.

If you email lodestarlabsltd@gmail.com, we use the message to reply, and to handle an access request or a complaint. We do not add you to a list.

Vercel hosts the website. When your browser requests a page, Vercel processes the connection data that comes with that request: your IP address, the page address, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. Vercel is the processor for that hosting. FuelVerdict does not copy those logs into its own database.

Supabase stores the fuel-station and price records. The project used by this site is in Sydney (region ap-southeast-2). It does not hold a visitor account. The website's server reads that public fuel data. Your browser does not connect to Supabase. Supabase is the processor for the fuel-price database.

If you email us, the message arrives at a Gmail mailbox. Google holds it there so we can reply. It is not copied into Supabase.

The Supabase project that holds the fuel prices is in Sydney, Australia. It does not receive a visitor's name, email, or IP address.

Vercel is based in the United States. It may also process connection data in other countries where its network runs. It is not practicable to list every country, because the route of a request can change.

If you email us, Google receives that message through Gmail. Google is in the United States. It is not practicable to list every country where Google may store mail.

We do not disclose personal information to advertisers, fuel brands, or stations.

Email lodestarlabsltd@gmail.com and ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will tell you what we hold. If we hold nothing, we will say so. We aim to answer within 30 days. Hosting logs are held by Vercel under its own terms, not in a file we keep on you.
